LAGUNA HILLS
At the request of homeowners, the City Council on Tuesday approved a permit parking zone on Stockport Street west of Wilkes Place. The zone does not include Stockport Park, where overnight parking will be prohibited. The 10 affected homeowners requested the action because of overflow parking from two apartment complexes at Paseo de Valencia and Stockport Street. The zoning will require eight new signs costing the city about $1,600. Information: (949) 707-2600.
