* East Kaiser Boulevard: Report of a forced commercial burglary at 1:53 a.m. Dec. 3 in the 8100 block.

* South Harbor Boulevard: Report of a residential burglary with suspicious circumstances at 1:11 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 400 block.

BREA

* Lambert Road/Tamarack Avenue: Report of a traffic accident at 4:41 p.m. Saturday. A car in the eastbound lane of Lambert Road made a left turn and hit a car headed west on the same road. No one was injured.

* Imperial Highway: A Wal-Mart worker reported the theft of $398 from her purse at 1:38 p.m. Friday at the store in the 2500 block.

BUENA PARK

* Berry Avenue: Report of a tree branch that fell into a power line and hung about 4 feet above the street at 10:45 a.m. Sunday. Southern California Edison responded.

* Newport Boulevard: Report of a man running out of a convenience store with an 18-pack of Coors Light at 6:13 a.m. Dec. 3.

CYPRESS

* Katella Avenue: Twenty bottles of cologne were stolen in a petty theft reported at 5:18 p.m. Dec. 3.

DANA POINT

* Del Rey: Report of a robbery alarm at 11:09 a.m. Friday in the 35000 block.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Kalama River Avenue: A 59-year-old man from Lakewood allegedly tried to steal some batteries from an electronics store by removing them from the package and placing them in his pocket at 1:56 p.m. Friday.

* East Chapman Avenue: Five CDs, three records and a video were reported stolen in a petty theft Dec. 3 in the 2400 block.

* South Magnolia Avenue: Report of a residential burglary at 7:04 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 800 block.

GARDEN GROVE

* Allen Street: A man was arrested in connection with stealing a car when police spotted the vehicle at 12:10 a.m. Friday in the 10900 block. The car had been reported stolen in Anaheim a week earlier.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Graham Street: A business in the 15000 block reported at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 3 that someone came into the building and stole blank business checks.

* Beach Boulevard and Indianapolis Avenue: Medics were called at 8:23 a.m. Dec. 3 when a bicyclist was hit by a car.

IRVINE

* Jamboree Road/Trevino Drive: Report of construction storage containers broken into a site at 7:01 a.m. Monday. Evidently, the lock was cut by a torch, police reported. The site lost $1,025 worth of breakers and paint sprayers.

* Dupont Drive: A commercial burglary at 7:50 a.m. Monday in the 2200 block left owners without a computer and television. .

LAGUNA BEACH

* Forest Avenue: A statue was reported stolen from Wyland Gallery at 8:40 p.m. Friday in the 200 block.

* St. Anns Drive: Report of a residential burglary at 1:55 p.m. Friday in the 700 block.

* Nellie Gail Road: Report of a robbery with an audible alarm at 10:24 a.m. Dec. 3 in the 25000 block.

* Crown Valley Parkway: Report of a robbery with an audible alarm at Camino del Avion at 9:23 a.m. Dec. 3.

LA HABRA

* West La Habra Boulevard: A purse was stolen in a petty theft at 10:32 a.m. Dec. 3 in the 1800 block.

* South Harbor Boulevard: Vandalism was reported at 1:01 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 1200 block.

LAKE FOREST

* El Toro Road: Report of a robbery with an audible alarm at 4:47 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 20000 block.

LA PALMA

* La Palma Avenue: Two males reportedly drove their vehicle around a bank in the 4800 block repeatedly at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday. When they got out of the vehicle, police pursued them on foot and detained one almost immediately. The other one ran and police followed him. One bank customer had reported three men outside the bank who appeared suspicious. One reportedly had something covered by a black garbage bag, possibly a weapon. Three men were eventually detained. Police could not find the suspected weapon.

* Walnut Street: A blue men’s bicycle was stolen from a garage at 7:18 p.m. Tuesday.

* Lexington Drive: Some juveniles were arrested for petty theft at 10:24 p.m. Dec. 2 in the 11000 block.

MISSION VIEJO

* Benisa: Report of a robbery with an audible alarm at 5:53 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 27000 block.

* El Paseo: Report of a robbery with an audible alarm at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 25000 block.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Westminster Avenue: Three Japanese figurines were reported missing from a locked china cabinet in a home in the 400 block Dec. 3.

* 16th Street: About $14,000 in property was reported stolen in a residential burglary at 11:59 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block.

* North Tustin Street: Police responded to an assault at a motel at 6:54 a.m. Saturday in the 3000 block.

PLACENTIA

* North Bradford Avenue: Report of two male juveniles at Valencia High School in possession of marijuana at 1:37 p.m. Monday.

* Avenida Pico: Report of a traffic collision, injury unknown, at 11:22 p.m. Friday in the 700 block.

* South Main Street: Someone stole a wallet with $14 in cash in it from an unlocked car at 10 a.m. Dec. 3 in the 600 block. The passenger-side window was open.

* East Bishop Avenue: A man was arrested in connection with possessing cocaine after police found the drug in his car at 3:06 a.m. Friday in the 600 block.

* Pacific Coast Highway: Report of a man hitchhiking and making obscene gestures when cars refused him a ride at 6:09 p.m. Saturday.

* Beach Boulevard: A 25-year-old woman was arrested for petty theft at a store at 12:15 p.m. Friday in the 15400 block.
