* S. Harbor Boulevard: Report of a gambling violation in the 400 block at 7:14 p.m. Dec. 9.
BREA
* Brea Boulevard/Imperial Highway: A driver rear-ended another car stopped at the intersection at 2:17 p.m. Thursday. No one was injured.
BUENA PARK
* Buena Park Mall: Police cited a juvenile for truancy on the upper level of JCPenney at 12:28 p.m. Friday.
* Blue Jay Drive: A dog owner in the 6400 block reported Friday that two black-and-white Shih tzus were missing from the yard. The owner said dogs were probably stolen.
COSTA MESA
* Bristol Street: Report of compact discs, worth $100, stolen from a car in the 3000 block Dec. 9.
* Center Street: Someone drilled open the lock on a laundry machine in an apartment complex in the 800 block and removed about $200 worth of quarters Dec. 9.
CYPRESS
* Valley View Street: Report of vandalism at 7:18 a.m. in the 9500 block Dec. 9.

* La Palma Avenue at Walker Street: Report of a man driving a Chevy Blazer that was missing a right front tire and creating sparks as it cut a groove into the road at 6:55 a.m. Sunday. The man told police he had just been involved in an accident in Los Angeles.
LOS ALAMITOS
* Fenley Drive: A resident reported at 7:50 a.m. Monday that a burglar had entered the residence through a window and stolen a woman’s gold watch and some earrings. The burglar also unwrapped some Christmas boxes but did not steal the presents.
MISSION VIEJO

* W. Santa Fe Avenue: Report of an auto burglary in the 600 block at 7:50 a.m. Monday; a purse and CD player were stolen, valued at $280.
* Encinitas Way: Report of a burglary from vehicle at 7:48 p.m. Monday; a window was smashed in on a 1984 Toyota Corolla and a portable stereo valued at $30 was stolen.

* W. 17th Street: Police arrested several individuals in connection with stealing a car in the 2000 block at 6:13 p.m. Dec. 11.
SEAL BEACH
* Seal Beach Boulevard: Report of a bank robbery in Rossmoor Center at 11:33 a.m. Friday. Two people allegedly passed a note to a teller and were given $100 in marked bills and other cash; it was not known if they had a weapon. They fled in a Honda Civic that was missing a hubcap and had a child’s car seat. The car was stopped that afternoon by police in Compton and a 20-year-old man and 22-year-old woman, who were also wanted on outstanding warrants, were arrested.
STANTON
