* Jacksonville--Can clinch AFC Central title with a victory or tie or a Tennessee loss or tie. Can clinch berth with either a Miami loss or a New England loss or tie.

* Miami--Can clinch berth with a victory.

* New England--Can clinch berth with a victory and a Tennessee loss.

* New York Jets--Have clinched AFC East title. Can clinch first-round bye with a Jacksonville loss.

* Atlanta--Has clinched berth. Can clinch NFC West title and a first-round bye with a victory.

* Arizona--Can clinch berth with a victory and a New York Giant loss or tie.

* Dallas--Has clinched berth. Can clinch NFC East title with a victory or an Arizona loss.

* Green Bay--Has clinched berth.

* Minnesota--Has clinched NFC Central title and first-round bye. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout with either a victory and an Atlanta victory over Detroit by less than 68 points or an Atlanta loss.

* San Francisco--Has clinched berth.
