GARDEN GROVE
More than 130 homes will be built on the last remaining strawberry field in Garden Grove under a plan approved by the City Council. The city reached an agreement with Bixby/Olson Partnership to rezone about 21 acres of a 27-acre site to the Planned Unit Development zone. The agreement includes 136 homes to be built near Kaiser Permanente on the southeast corner of Euclid Street and Chapman Avenue.
