Maurice Sunderland Architecture Inc. were the architects for the design of the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn.
The concept of this mega-mall resulted from the award-winning design in an international competition in 1986, produced and further developed by our firm from the award design to the development permit drawings in 1991.
Jon Jerde Architects only became involved in the project after this stage.
