The Orange County Rescue Mission has presented its Hope Award to Joe and Jeanne Basso for their leadership and dedication to helping the less fortunate. During the presentation at a recent dinner banquet, Rescue Mission workers unveiled plans for the Hope Harbor Family Center, a collaboration between the Santa Ana agency and Anaheim to help motel children throughout Orange County.
