VILLA PARK
A meeting will be held Jan. 12 at City Hall to elect officers for a newly formed nonprofit organization aimed at saving the historic Villa Park Elementary School buildings. The 7:30 p.m. meeting will be in the Council Chambers, 17855 Santiago Blvd.
Committees will also be selected in efforts to raise money for the restoration work, estimated to cost up to $1.4 million. Contractors interested in performing the restoration work are invited to attend.
