Concert to Benefit AIDS Intervention

Ten musicians of the L.A. Philharmonic will perform a benefit concert hosted by the Asian Pacific AIDS Intervention Team on Feb. 1.
The concert, scheduled for 3 p.m. at Hotel Nikko in Beverly Hills, will showcase works of Mozart, Brahms, Pachebel and a Ravel duet that received rave reviews in Paris last summer. The 10 artists donating time and talent are Ingrid Chun, violin; Richard Elegino, viola; Ben Hong, cello; Gloria Lum, cello; Dale Hikawa Silverman, alto clef-viola; Roy Tanabe, violin; Yun Tang, violin; Bing Wang, violin; Tze-Koong Wang, violin; and Suli Xue, violin.
