The Dodgers have signed 26 of their first 27 selections from last month’s amateur draft. The one holdout is third-round pick pitcher Alex Santos from the University of Miami.
“There are years you don’t sign three of your first 10,” said Terry Reynolds, director of scouting. “We’re in pretty good shape.”
