Data Processing Resources Plans Note Offer

NEWPORT BEACH —  Data Processing Resources Corp. said it plans to raise $85 million through a private placement of notes.

The company, which provides computer and information technology staffing services, said it expects the notes will have a term of seven years and be convertible into common shares.

Data Processing plans to use the proceeds for repayment of debt and general corporate purposes.
