PerfectData to Cease Dynatech Merger Talks

PerfectData Corp. in Simi Valley said it is terminating the letter-of-intent agreement entered into with Dynatech Integrated Systems Corp. because Dynatech has not fulfilled all its requirements to consummate the merger, PerfectData said.

PerfectData said it is proceeding with discussions with several other entities that have approached the company about a potential merger, alliance or business combination.
