23rd Annual Band Pageant Is Tonight

Bands, drill teams and flag and banner squads will perform tonight) at Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District’s annual band pageant at Bradford Stadium, 500 N. Bradford Ave.

The 7 p.m. event, open to the public, includes middle and high school performers. The guest conductor is Stanford Freese, talent development manager of Talent Booking and Casting at Disneyland.

After intermission, the high school bands will present their field shows.

Tickets are $3 for adults and students and are available at the door. Proceeds from the 23rd annual event go to the bands and auxiliary units of the schools involved.
