* The sixth annual Gobbler Games tournament is being staged by Mid-Valley Youth Baseball Nov. 27-29 and Dec. 5-6. The invitational event is for players 5-14 and is expected to draw more than 50 teams from throughout Southern California.

* Marv Dunphy, Pepperdine and 1988 Olympic men’s volleyball coach, will stage a volleyball clinic for coaches at 7 p.m. Monday at Moorpark College.

Dunphy will answer questions on all aspects of the game,
