300,000 People Expected for Christmas Parade
HUNTINGTON PARK — More than 300,000 people are expected to attend Sunday’s 48th annual Huntington Park Christmas Parade.
Filled with Latino entertainment stars such as mariachi singer Nydia Rojas and movie star Jorge Rivero, the parade will begin at 1 p.m. along Pacific Boulevard from Randolph Avenue to Florence Avenue, said Dante D’Eramo, spokesman for the Huntington Park Chamber of Commerce.
D’Eramo said that well-known pop singer Paty Manterola will be the parade’s marshal.
