Trimedyne, C.R. Bard Reach a Settlement
Trimedyne Inc. said distributor C.R. Bard agreed to pay $6.5 million to settle a lawsuit filed three years ago by the Irvine manufacturer of lasers and other medical devices. Trimedyne alleged in the suit that New Jersey-based Bard reneged on a contract to sell laser probes used in urological surgery.
