Democratic Club Selects Officers
The recently formed Simi Valley Democratic Club has elected officers.
Elected to one-year terms last week were President Dan Gonzalez, an attorney who unsuccessfully ran against incumbent Congressman Elton Gallegly earlier this month; Executive Vice President Grace Bernstein; Administrative Vice President Eric Cohen; Recording Secretary Carla Kurachi; Corresponding Secretary Mary Stanfield; and Treasurer Val Siqueido.
The six will take office in January.
About 40 people attended the meeting of the 4-month-old club, Bernstein said.
