BREA
The city’s Youth & Family Resource Center offers a program to help teenagers find seasonal jobs. Staff members help advise youths who are age 16 or older on how to behave during interviews and introduce them to potential employers. In the past, teens have been placed in positions as gardeners, waitresses, and gift and card shop workers. The free service is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 695 E. Madison Way. Information: (714) 990-7158.
