Bell Atlantic Corp. said it will stop charging digital wireless customers for long-distance or roaming charges starting today, as it tries to boost its number of customers and compete better against AT&T; Corp. With DigitalChoice SingleRate, customers will pay as low as 10 cents a minute for wireless services if they choose the plan with the most monthly minutes of calling. The plans range from $39.99 to $159.99 a month.
