The issue of social promotion will be addressed at tonight’s meeting of the Fountain Valley School District board. To comply with recent state legislation, trustees will review new policies and guidelines for establishing criteria for passing students to the next grade level. The meeting is at 7:30 p.m. at district headquarters, 17210 Oak St.
