The City Council will hold a public hearing today on proposed permits and a zone change for the 253,000-square-foot Town Centre. The seven-building development, north of El Toro Road and west of Moulton Parkway, includes office and retail space, a 140-room hotel and a restaurant. The hearing will take place at 2 p.m. at the Leisure World administration building boardroom, 23522 Paseo de Valencia. Information: (949) 597-4361.
