Public’s Help Sought in Finding 4 Wanted Men

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in finding four men sought for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.
Rodnick Freeman Jones, also known as Rodnick Jones Freeman, 41, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for vehicle theft.
Authorities said he last worked at an expedition and technology company in Thousand Oaks, and was last known to have lived on Wicklow Court in Thousand Oaks.
Jones is black, 5 feet 7, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, authorities said.
Onesimo Martinez, 32, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for child molestation. Authorities said he last worked at a ranch in Chatsworth and was last known to have lived on Los Angeles Avenue in Simi Valley.
Martinez is Latino, 5 feet 3, 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, authorities said.
Stephen Ray Meredith, 31, allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of possessing narcotics. He was last known to have lived on North Olive Street in Santa Paula.
Meredith is white, 6 feet, 195 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes, authorities said.
Otilio Melendez, 32, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of possessing narcotics and brandishing a weapon. He last worked at a produce company in Oxnard, and was last known to have lived on Juanita Street in Oxnard.
He is Latino, 5 feet 8, 185 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes, authorities said.
