MRV Communications Net Income Down in Quarter

MRV Communications Inc., Chatsworth, reported net income of $567,000 for the third quarter ended Sept. 30 down from $1.4 million for the same period last year. Revenue increased to $71.3 million from $62.6 million.
MRV provides high-speed fiber-optical network components and systems to digital communications industries.
