* PRC Inc., a subsidiary of Litton Industries, Woodland Hills, won a five-year contract with a potential value of $70 million to develop, enhance and maintain systems and databases for the Total Army Personnel System by the Defense Supply Service, Washington D.C.
PRC Inc. also won a $34-million contract over five years to continue to provide information technology support services to the U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command’s chief information officer.
* HR Textron Inc. of Valencia won an $87,217 contract from Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for aircraft parts.
