If you are not satisfied with the work done by a pest-control company, first call the company to discuss the problem. If the company refuses to treat your home again or repair any damage, call the California Structural Pest Control Board, (800) 737-8188, which will investigate your complaint.
Don’t fix any problems until a board investigator has inspected your home.
If you become ill after a pesticide is applied, call your doctor or a poison control center, then report the incident to the office of the L.A. County Agricultural Commissioner, which tracks pesticide illnesses, (626) 575-5471.
