The Planning Commission will receive a report tonight from Cox Communications on the progress the company says it has made toward resolving a conflict with residents who live next door to a hub site and equipment building.
Residents of Preciados Drive first complained to the commission in October that Cox’s use of the facility, at 26852 Preciados, was not in keeping with its permit for an unmanned maintenance site, was noisy and caused traffic problems.
The commission continued the item to allow residents and the company to work out their differences.
