The first general meeting of the Women’s League will take place Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. in the Cerro Villa Middle School auditorium, 17852 Serrano Ave. The meeting is open to all Villa Park women.
Refreshments will be served, and officers will discuss the league’s upcoming activities.
The Women’s League is primarily a social organization. Members can choose from nearly 25 groups in which to participate, from wine-tasting to gardening to bridge-playing. Information: (714) 974-6018.
