Film Roman Inc., the North Hollywood-based animation studio that produces “The Simpsons” and other TV programming, said the Nasdaq Small-Cap Market is considering delisting its stock because the price has failed to meet minimum bid requirements. The company said it would make a case at a hearing before a Nasdaq panel, although a hearing date was not announced. Film Roman shares plunged 31 cents to 56 cents Monday. The stock is off from its 52-week high of $4.50. The company went public in 1996 at an offering price of $10. Indian production company Pentamedia Graphics acquired a 51% stake in Film Roman in October.
