Enfield Makes UCLA Commitment

Mike Enfield of Ventura High, a member of the under-19 national soccer team, committed to UCLA.
Enfield, a midfielder, has a school-record 36 assists in 50 games.
* Kellie Cox of Quartz Hill, an All-Valley selection in soccer and softball, has accepted a soccer scholarship to Cal State Fullerton.

* Katie Kearns of Westlake has signed with Cal State Northridge.
* Tiffanie Monzo of Cornerstone Christian has signed with Sacred Heart of Fairfield, Conn.
WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL
* Pepperdine middle blocker Jennifer Fopma was an All-Pacific Region selection.
* Toni-Ann Merendino of Moorpark College was selected player of the year in the Western State Conference Northern Division.
Steve Burkhart of Moorpark was chosen coach of the year.
