Saving School Libraries
I was so pleased to read James Ricci’s article (“A Saving Grace in the Face of Our School Library Scandal,” Nov. 12). As a former Los Angeles Unified School District administrator, I’m glad that someone has publicized the serious shortage of school libraries--a most valuable resource to students and teachers.
