AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. — Nine cadets were under investigation Tuesday after a senior cadet was charged with dealing LSD and Ecstasy, officials said.
Senior Cadet Stephen Daniel Pouncey faces up to 55 years in prison and dismissal from the Air Force if he is convicted, academy spokesman Neil Talbott said Monday.
The academy’s Office of Special Investigations was investigating nine other cadets for “admitted or suspected drug use,” an academy news release said. Talbott refused to comment on the other cadets.
