IVideoNow Sells Player to German Tech Firm

IVideoNow Inc. of Encino has sold its IVideoNow library player to MG Technologies of Frankfurt, Germany, an international chemical and engineering technology company.
The transaction marked the company’s first European sale and the first made through its recently announced cooperative marketing agreement with Holtermann & Thouet, a Frankfurt-based investor relations firm.
IVideoNow designs and develops complete multimedia and Internet communications solutions for corporations.
