Technology - Dec. 27, 2000
If you wish to save The Times’ year-end listings of stock and mutual fund performance, note the following publication dates:
* Because Friday is the final trading day of the year, Saturday’s stock and fund listings will contain final year-end prices.
However, Sunday’s stock and mutual fund listings will provide a more detailed summary, including the percentage change in 2000 for each major New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and American Stock Exchange stock, and preliminary annual performance data for all major mutual funds.
* On Monday, Jan. 8, The Times will publish its quarterly investment review and outlook, which will include Morningstar Inc.’s detailed 2000 performance data on all major mutual funds, and stories to help you guide your portfolio in the new year.
However, the Jan. 8 section won’t include individual NYSE, Nasdaq or Amex stock tables, because those year-end summaries will have already appeared (this Sunday).
