The huge Ferris wheel crowning the Place de la Concorde for Paris’ millennial celebrations will stay until June rather than being dismantled now, the French Culture Ministry announced this month. The extension was granted so that the wheel’s operator could find a new Paris location. The Eiffel Tower’s light show also has been extended.
