InSight Health Buys 2 Imaging Centers
InSight Health Services Corp., a Newport Beach diagnostic imaging company, said Tuesday that it acquired two imaging centers in Indiana from Soterion Corp. Terms of the purchase were not released.
The centers, in Indianapolis and Clarksville, offer open magnetic resonance imaging and bone densitometry services. The centers were operated by Soterion subsidiaries Indiana MRI of Indianapolis LLC and Southern Regional MRI LLC.
