The Tustin Unified School District board will meet tonight to consider approving a site plan for Red Hill Elementary School, scheduled to open in the fall. The existing school needs to be entirely rebuilt because of health and safety hazards related to dry rot, termite infestation and mold. The board meets at 7 p.m. at 300 S. C St.
