Prevention Plus will offer an affordable and painless ultrasound test for strokes, vascular disease and osteoporosis on Feb. 17.

The test, which could help prevent these diseases, is preformed by vascular technologists and reviewed by board certified surgeons in San Diego.

The free screenings will begin at 9 a.m. at Lake Hills Community Church, 23331 Moulton Parkway. Appointments are necessary: (800) 795-1743.
