ORANGE
The City Council reviewed Tuesday a proposal for an urban village in West Orange that would include houses and corporate buildings on 70 acres. The parcel is east of the Block shopping center.
The study was designed to establish an agreeable framework and vision around which the council, landowners, and other interested parties can begin a more specific planning strategy for future development.
