In recognition of American Heart Month, a “Getting Your Heart in Harmony: Heart Fair and Screenings” will be held Thursday at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center to help residents learn about heart problems and prevention.
Blood pressure, stress and body fat screenings will be available free of charge. There will also be exercise demonstrations, program referrals and healthful food samples from local restaurants. Blood glucose and cholesterol screenings will be offered for $12.
The event will be from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the hospital, 24451 Health Center Drive. Registration: (949) 452-7255.
