The 31st annual “Minority Business Opportunity Day” is sponsored by the Southern California regional Purchasing Council, which certifies minority-owned companies who wish to do business with the private sector.
The council is part of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, based in New York. Seminars will be conducted today with the main trade fair held Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Registration for suppliers is $65 at the door for both days.
