Crossover Voting
* Kevin Jeffers (letter, Feb. 24) is “angered” by Democrats’ and independents’ voting to get John McCain nominated for his party’s presidential bid. He should remember that the crossover ballot was for years advocated, and subsequently made available, by the efforts of the Republicans, against the opposition of the Democrats.
