* A sheriff is a sheriff is a sheriff. Our present sheriff wants to put his name, Mike Carona, on all the sheriff’s vehicles (Dec. 3). How pompous! How self-serving!
That’s the wrong way to go! How disappointing for those of us who voted for Carona.
