Mellow Pasta

Although they’re from Veracruz on the east coast of Mexico, Alex and Alba Paredes specialize in Italian food at Europa Ristorante & Bakery in San Pedro. One of their best dishes is lasagna, baked with a mellow tomato-meat sauce and provolone, Parmesan and ricotta cheeses. Garlic bread comes with an order and, for an extra charge, you can have meatballs or Italian sausage, which adds a nice touch of spice.
