A Maywood man was arrested in La Habra early Tuesday morning for allegedly firing a gun inside his girlfriend’s apartment, police said.
Jose Garcia, 44, shot numerous rounds upon entering an apartment in the 400 block of North McPherson Street at 3 a.m., said La Habra Police Lt. Steven Costanzo. No injuries were reported.
Garcia is scheduled to be arraigned today at the North Justice Center, Costanzo said.
