The Orange County Chapter of the United Nations Assn. will hold its annual meeting at noon Sunday at the Hacienda, 1725 College Ave. New officers will be elected, and a volunteer doctor from Doctors Without Borders, the group that received the Nobel Peace Prize last year, will be the guest speaker.
