Providential Becomes Publicly Traded Firm

Fountain Valley brokerage Providential Securities Inc. said Tuesday that it has completed its combination with publicly traded JR Consulting Inc., resulting in Providential becoming a publicly traded company.
Providential said in a press release that it hopes to leverage its new public status to implement its growth plans more effectively. Under the terms of the deal, Providential shareholders acquired about 74% of JR Consulting.
The newly constituted company has replaced its former officers with those of Providential Securities, including Henry Fahman as president.
