Re “Grant High Students Sign ‘Peace Treaty,’ ” Jan. 14.
It is sad but I suppose inevitable that high schools, now turned into war zones, also need peace treaties. Where is all of this anger coming from?
Off on a tangent, maybe if the major networks regularly televised jazz concerts, poetry readings and the like instead of “Its Like . . . You Know,” the next generation could relate to a quality of peace oft hidden in our world.
