CYPRESS
The Cypress College Foundation has named Yamaha Motor Corp. Distinguished Business Partner for 2000 and will recognize the company at the 25th annual Americana Awards Banquet to be held Feb. 26 at the Disneyland Hotel.
Yamaha’s Cypress-based headquarters has donated automobiles to city schools and has awarded scholarships totaling more than $50,000 to college-bound Cypress High School seniors.
