LA HABRA
The City Council appointed David E. McCauley to serve as interim councilman through December. Fourteen residents applied for the position. Council members interviewed final candidates, then voted 3-1 to appoint McCauley during a special session held last week. McCauley is a 28-year resident of La Habra and is currently president of the city’s Rotary Club.
