Seven palm trees on Beach Boulevard may be removed to improve visibility of a new McDonald’s restaurant. Developers have complained the palm trees obstruct drivers from seeing the spacious new restaurant and its children’s play facility. If the palm trees are removed, they will be replaced by trees with less foliage, said Community Development Director Mark Lloyd.
